Job Description Support the warehouse business in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within the team Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented in the warehouse Conduct data analyzes on performance such as targets, attrition, cost savings to develop insights and propose action plan for optimization, focusing on recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement. Communicate and collaborate with with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess & negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to upper management Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or any related field Experience in workforce management or planning within Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing, ora similar industry Analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and willing to get hands dirty Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, and adaptable to changes Prior involvement in full spectrum of the project lifecycle from framework design up to execution Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment Well-versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc) Show more Show less
