BonusLink is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey and we're looking for a proactive BI Analyst with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to turn data into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive decision-making with compelling data narratives using modern BI tools. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into reporting requirements Design and build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Redash, and Amplitude Define and monitor key business KPIs across customer behavior, campaigns, and merchant performance Extract, transform, and analyze data from BigQuery and other data sources using SQL and Python Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve business outcomes Support ad-hoc reporting and insights requests from cross-functional teams Document and maintain data definitions and dashboard usage guides Ensure data consistency, quality, and accessibility for self-service users Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a data or BI analyst role Proficient in SQL and Python Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau and Redash Familiarity with Amplitude or similar product analytics tools Strong storytelling and presentation skills for data-driven recommendations Detail-oriented with a mindset for data quality and integrity Experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally BigQuery Experience with scheduler / orchestrator platform like Airflow or equivalent Comfortable working in an agile environment Show more Show less
