- · Minimum1-2 yearsof working experience in sales and marketing is preferred.

- · Experience inretail management,event coordination,roadshows, ordirect sellingis a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to appear confidently on camera (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Familiarity with TikTok algorithms, trending formats, and audience engagement tactics
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English both oral and written
- Portfolio or sample video of past hosting is a strong advantage
- Flexibility with Shifts & Travel : Willing to work morning and night shifts based on schedule. Must be able to travel frequently for roadshows, exhibitions, and events within Malaysia and occasionally overseas, without restrictions.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations including customer engagement, leads follow-up, and offline sales activation.
- Participate and support roadshows, events, direct selling activities, and in-store engagements.
- Support digital marketing and campaign execution across social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & Facebook).
- Assist in creating or coordinating short-form video content, appearing on camera where necessary.
- Work with the content and design team to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Track, record, and analyse marketing performance data (especially TikTok insights).
- Provide input for campaign optimisation and tactical improvements based on consumer behaviour.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (content, design, operations).
- Contribute ideas for product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Host TikTok Live sessions and pre-recorded content to promote F&B products and campaigns
- Confidently demonstrate product benefits, share key selling points, answer viewer questions, and handle live purchases
- Create compelling short-form content using CapCut, TikTok editor, or similar apps
- Support with caption writing, basic thumbnail/poster creation (Canva)
- Respond promptly to viewer comments and DM inquiries post-Live sessions
- Work closely with the marketing and product team to plan Live scripts, hooks, and promotional angles
- Adapt content strategies according to campaign goals and product focus (e.g., bundling, limited-time offers)
- Study past performance analytics to improve hosting style and conversion
- Keep updated with TikTok F&B trends, competitor analysis, and viral content patterns
- Contribute to the brand voice by building a personal, relatable host identity aligned with company values
- Recommend strategic campaign themes, live show formats, and influencer collaborations
- Support marketing team in translating social feedback into product or branding suggestions
- Help drive follower growth, retention, and engagement by nurturing a loyal viewer base
