• Requirement Gathering and Documentation. Collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Process Mapping & Flow Chart Creation such as analyzing and mapping business processes for optimization.
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure proper alignment of project goals and requirements.
• Conducting detailed analysis of business data and competitor activities.
• Preparing reports, handling administrative duties, and assisting with urgent project needs.
• Assisting senior BAs with tasks related to project execution and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provided support for the regional project focused on the establishment of the U.S. Stock Tax Center in Malaysia as part of the shared services initiative.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analyst, or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in Capital Market or Investment Banking or Stockbroking products will be added advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of analyzing complex data sets and translating them into actionable business insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools.
• Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions for improvement.
