Description We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 10-16 years of experience to lead our testing efforts in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, managing a team of testers, and ensuring the quality of our software products. Responsibilities Lead and manage the testing team to ensure high quality of software products. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure comprehensive coverage. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication. Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics. Provide mentorship and training to junior testers and team members. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in testing. Skills and Qualifications 10-16 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP). Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
