- Leading our ERP Transition: Preparing for and supporting the Sherpa X migration, collaborating with various business units, coordinating change management, and ensuring a successful data migration.
- Driving Digitalization: Analysing and implementing IT and functional solutions to enhance automation and digitalization, engaging stakeholders throughout the process.
- Optimizing Financial Processes: Maintaining and continuously improving process documentation while ensuring accounting processes align with global standards and our new framework.
- Collaborating Globally: Working closely with CF R Headquarters on solution development and rollout to drive seamless integration.
- Providing Technical Expertise: Liaising with IT teams to prioritize and resolve accounting-related topics and supporting the development of new ERP-related finance solutions.
- Communicating Change: Effectively communicating throughout process changes and implementation to ensure smooth transitions.
- Educational Background and Experience: Possessing a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent, with 6-8 years of experience in accounting, data analysis, and finance project management within a multinational environment.
- Proven Project and ERP Expertise: Demonstrating proven experience in ERP implementations, with deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA (especially FI, CO, SD, MM, and PS modules).
- Technical Proficiency: Having a strong IT affinity, and proficiency in MS Excel along with experience in data analytics and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, UiPath).
- Deep Financial Acumen: Holding a deep understanding of accounting processes and the ability to translate business needs into efficient financial solutions.
