Job Category: ComplianceJob Description:Operation Investigators/Reviewer task is to determine if there is customer information breach, operational lapses and determine the root cause of the incident. The candidate will also need to work with BUs to come up with solutions to tighten the gaps to prevent similar issues from recurring.Investigators are required to write detailed case reports, file and maintain records, post investigation follow up all within the stipulated SLA.Responsibilities:

Investigation in areas of potential customer information breach, and any operational related lapses within consumer banking.
Obtain facts or statements BUs, business partners, branch, and other relevant units as part of the investigation process.
Work independently to complete investigation reports with all required facts and evidence within stipulated timeline.
Preparation of reports related to Operation Investigations
Monitor and ensure investigations cases are closed within the stipulated SLA
Prepare slides and minutes of meeting where required
Prepare investigation reports for distribution to BU heads.
