  • Drive sales growth and account performance across major e-commerce or retail partners
  • Day-to-day management of key partner accounts - ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and product listings
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to deliver on account needs and timelines
  • Track, analyse, and report on sales data, campaign results, and account performance metrics
You're a fit for this role, if you:
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in key account management, sales support, or e-commerce
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok or retail partners such as Guardian, Watsons is a plus
