Responsibilities Main responsibilities Leads a team to develop and implement warehousing solutions and commercial strategies to meet market and client demands Translate customer requirements and bid strategies into actionable project plans Plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple high-priority projects Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to deliver effective solutions and drive performance Leverage global tools and cost models to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions Provide technical guidance on complex or high-risk projects Lead continuous improvement of design processes and promote best practices Identify skill gaps and support team development through training and mentoring Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and maintain key stakeholder relatio nships Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required8+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-centric, or solutions-focused organization Minimum 2 years of experience managing professional-level team members Please note this role is based in New Taipei City, Taipei, Taiwan Key Skills & Expertise: Team management- leading and guiding a professional team for required outputs in a high pressure environment Strong knowledge of warehousing operations & warehouse management systems. Including layout (CAD), cost modelling & pricing for warehouse solutions Proven ability to translate customer requirements into value-driven solutions Experience with product development, operational costing, and cost modeling Knowledge of warehouse automation & mechanization - operational design and functionality Comfortable with heavy data sets and knowledgeable in statistical modeling Skilled in pricing strategy, resource allocation, and solution selling Strong competencies in project & stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Effective in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and people development Familiarity with DHL business processes and supply chain strategy is a plus Sector knowledge in the semiconductor, life science & retail market is a strong advantage Show more Show less
