We are looking for a Procurement Intern to support the work of the Cycle & Procurement Manager. Main Responsibilities We are looking for a Procurement Intern to support the work of the Cycle & Procurement Manager. Your responsibilities will focus on Contract Management Monitor contracts based on spend reports. Follow up with requesters to ensure contracts are drafted, reviewed, and uploaded to the contract management system. Supplier Selection Documentation Handle administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation. Support end-to-end preparation of procurement reporting and tracking. Premium Sourcing Tabulate historical premium data for the past 3 years. Compile available quotations for monitoring and reference. Create and maintain a premium sourcing database. Additional / Ad Hoc Tasks Compile supplier quotations for centralized reference. Ensure compliance and governance of procurement processes, including monitoring of Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt (GR) submissions etc. About you Qualifications Tertiary education in a related field. Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months or more. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
