Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer you:The System Engineer, Smart Plant Foundation (SPF) is responsible for overall administration of SPF, ensuring Information Management and Digitalization requirements are adhered to, and providing technical support to relevant project stakeholder.Main ChallengesThis position requires sound technical knowledge on Smart Plant Foundation administration and information management, with good leadership skills for managing team of various geographical locations and culture.Main Accountabilities:Department:

Act as a role model for the Project team member(s) for ESG and TEN values and contribute to T.EN's purpose of breaking boundaries to engineer a sustainable future
Participate in QHSES program, ensuring health and safety of personnel
Ensuring compliance to GBPMS, BCMS, ICMS, DWP, GWPs and other related quality control procedures for Project Execution Systems perimeter
Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction of PES perimeter (Contractual requirements fulfilment, documents/databases delivered on time, etc.)

Project Execution Support:

Configuration and maintenance of Smart Plant Foundation database.
Managing backup and restore of SPF projects.
Mapping of properties from various Hexagon tools to SPF and vice versa.
Responsible for SPF schema management which includes but not limited to Hierarchy, Class definition, Interface definition, forms, menus, menu items and methods.
Resolve issues related to data integration of Smart Plant applications and GAIA with SPF particularly in registering, publish, retrieve, mapping, and schema validation.
Setting up security model such as user, roles and access groups
Customization of reports as per project requirements.
Establish audit requirements and checking for quality assurance.
Prepare SPF project procedure as per project requirements
Training of new users and preparation of working instruction.
Troubleshoot any technical issue arise on SPF

Continuous Improvement and Expertise:

Support harmonization of Project Execution Systems work processes, methodology and tools ensuring standardized deployment of its software and activities
Collect needs and feedbacks from Project team for continuous improvement
Support lean execution of projects by registering ideas for continuous improvement.

About you:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Information Management.
8 years of working experience in Smart Plant Foundation administration.
Experience in managing FEED, Detailed Design and EPC projects
Good understanding of Engineering workflows including inter-discipline processes.
Able to communicate efficiently in diverse working environment including counterparts of various geographical location and culture.
Good knowledge on CFIHOS library.
Knowledge in VBA, SQL Programing Language.
Possess fundamental knowledge on Information Management requirement
Proficiency in English.
