Technical Assistant

• Assist in the receiving, storing, and issuing of tools, equipment, and materials as per company procedures.
• Support warehouse and workshop activities, including preparation of materials for site deployment.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, and report any damages or defects to the Supervisor.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and loading/unloading of goods for project mobilization or demobilization.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company HSE guidelines in all workshop or site activities.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper housekeeping in storage or staging zones.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or line manager.

• Possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in logistics, or warehousing in oil and gas.
• English proficiency and able to communicate.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures and ability to follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment/materials.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, storage practices, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to gain new skills and adapt to different tasks as required by project needs.
