- Prepare work plan to ensure smooth store operation.
- Stimulate sales to achieve company budget and gross profit.
- To enhance the image and hygiene of the outlet.
- Maintain good relationship with crew.
- Ensure product quality, understand new product and information to retail crews.
- Monitor cash handling/sufficient stock supplies.
- Follow and practice outlet procedure a coaching to CMS.
Job Requirements - Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities
- Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
- Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
Academy Requirements - Minimum STPM & above in related field.
