We are seeking an Administrator to organize and manage our company's day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant activities. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate colleagues. Assist with key tasks in accounting operations and functions. Undertake any ad hoc assignments assigned by management. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Degree. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
