Learn more at gradiant.com. Job Overview We are looking for a Junior WWTP Engineer to support the operations and maintenance of our Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in the semiconductor sector. This is an entry-level role, ideal for fresh graduates or those with a diploma/degree in a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in an industrial water treatment environment. You will work closely with a senior engineering team to ensure safe, efficient plant operations and compliance with environmental standards. Responsibilities Assist in operating and monitoring WWTP systems and equipment. Support regular inspections and routine maintenance of pumps, valves, filters, and instruments. Record and report process parameters such as pH, flow rate, chemical usage, etc. Learn and assist in troubleshooting operational issues. Comply with all safety, environmental, and company standards. Participate in scheduled shift rotations and work overtime when required. Support documentation and reporting as part of internal and client compliance. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Willing to work in shift rotations and perform overtime when required. Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical/industrial environment.
