This role combines deep technical expertise in guest room management systems with strong customer-facing skills to design customized solutions, conduct technical presentations, and support the sales process.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Lead technical aspects of the sales process, working closely with the regional sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored Building Automation solutions.

Preparing technical proposals, creating system architecture diagrams, and developing detailed project specifications that demonstrate the value proposition of Building Automation technology.

Create innovative solutions that address specific customer challenges in energy management, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.

Staying current with product developments, understanding competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for system enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Conduct technical presentations and live system demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Building Automation guest room management technology.

Customize presentation content based on audience needs and the confidence to handle technical questions and objections in real-time.

QualificationsKey Experience & Capabilities:

Have Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Continuous learning mindset with commitment to staying current with emerging technologies in smart building systems.
Possess strong technical foundation in building automation systems, with particular emphasis on HVAC controls, lighting management, and energy optimization technologies.
Understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking is essential for successful system integration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system architecture diagrams is required.
