The core functions include the maintenance and collection of data, providing integrated data quality management and service of the full bond life cycle data operations for the China and Taiwan market. The data are directly reflected in the company's core products Eikon and Workplace, which provide systematic data and services for the fixed income departments of financial institutions.Role responsibilitiesCollect, monitor and verify data sources and maintaining manual updates of FI dataTake full accountability for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completenessWork proactively within teams or by yourself, take the initiative to identify and resolving problemsEnsure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clientsProvide assistance if data projects and testing is requiredGenerate ideas to improve efficiency and customer experienceAssist in documenting and updating new procedures and work processesBackup the team during team member's absenceWork during local market holidays to support specific market and flexibility on shift adjustmentPreferred skills and experienceCuriosity about FinanceProficiency in English and Mandarin, both simplified and traditional as role requires extensive reading in these languages on daily basisExperience in sourcing informationPractical knowledge of MS ExcelAttention to detailsPreferred skillsYou have knowledge of Fixed Income marketsYou have got SQL skillsEducationMinimum Bachelor’s Degree or in Economics/Finance or Financial MathematicsThis role is on blended work model with 3 days working in office and 2 days remotely.
