Job Responsibility Manage accounts : Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Process financial transactions : Efficiently process invoices, payments including monthly statutory payments, maintaining smooth financial operations. Liaise with stakeholders : Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and auditors including all external and internal stakeholders regarding financial documentation. Assist with tax and compliance : Support tax computations (GST/SST), audits and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations. Job Requirements Education background : Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles. Relevant experience : At least 5 years of accounting experience, though candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply if they possess the right skills and attitude. High attention to detail, well-organized and capable of working independently or in a team. Software proficiency : Competent in using Autocount Software and all Microsoft Office application including Word/Excel, essential for efficient work processes. Language skills : Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Fluent in Mandarin is important as you&aposll be liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers/ stakeholders (external/ internal).
