Draftsman (Kuching)

• Monday to Friday (7.30am - 5.00pm)
• Saturday (7.30am - 11.30am)

• Certificate or diploma in drafting, engineering, or related technical field
• Strong proficiency in AUTOCAD and KMZ preparation (Google Earth)
• Experience in telecommunications, fiber optic, or civil infrastructure drawings is an added advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and site instructions
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication & coordination skills

• Prepare detailed 2D AND 3D drawings using AUTOCAD for engineering, fiber optic, or civil works
• Create, edit, and manage KMZ files for mapping and project planning
• Interpret design specifications, site data, and survey reports into precise technical drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with company, industry, and client requirements
• Coordinate, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and updates
• Update drawings based on mark-ups, revisions, or field data
• Maintain proper filing and version control for all drawing documents
• Assist in documentation preparation for project submissions and tender purposes
• Assist planning department team with any task assign

• Salary Range: RM 1,700.00 to RM 2,200.00
