Working under the guidance of a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager, you will assist with cost planning, tender support, contract administration, and reporting activities.Pre-Contract Support
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for data centre projects.
  • Support quantity take-offs and rate analysis for MEP or CSA packages depending on background.
  • Help prepare tender documentation, gather quotations, and support tender analyses and evaluations.
  • Assist in compiling contract documents and supporting procurement activities.
Post-Contract Support
  • Help track project costs, monitor variations, and assist in change control procedures.
  • Support preparation of monthly cost reports and updates for clients.
  • Collect and verify data required for progress valuations and payment certifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to verify work progress and financial claims.
Governance & Coordination
  • Maintain organised documentation, cost records, and audit-ready files throughout the project.
  • Assist in value engineering discussions and cost-saving reviews.
  • Support the project team by providing timely inputs during meetings, workshops, and client discussions.
  • Ensure key information and learning from each project is uploaded into internal knowledge platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction, or related fields.
  • Exposure to MEP-intensive, industrial, or data centre projects is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good understanding of basic cost management concepts (estimating, tendering, cost plans, reporting).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in cost software such as CostX or willingness to learn.
  • Business-level English and native proficiency in the local language.
