- Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for data centre projects.
- Support quantity take-offs and rate analysis for MEP or CSA packages depending on background.
- Help prepare tender documentation, gather quotations, and support tender analyses and evaluations.
- Assist in compiling contract documents and supporting procurement activities.
- Help track project costs, monitor variations, and assist in change control procedures.
- Support preparation of monthly cost reports and updates for clients.
- Collect and verify data required for progress valuations and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to verify work progress and financial claims.
- Maintain organised documentation, cost records, and audit-ready files throughout the project.
- Assist in value engineering discussions and cost-saving reviews.
- Support the project team by providing timely inputs during meetings, workshops, and client discussions.
- Ensure key information and learning from each project is uploaded into internal knowledge platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction, or related fields.
- Exposure to MEP-intensive, industrial, or data centre projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic cost management concepts (estimating, tendering, cost plans, reporting).
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in cost software such as CostX or willingness to learn.
- Business-level English and native proficiency in the local language.
