Assistant Operation Manager

• Assist the Malaysian factory in machine installation, commissioning, and production line testing.
• Report progress and status to Taiwan HQ.
• Assist with equipment setup and production testing.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor production reports and drive improvement initiatives.
• Handle staff attendance, overtime, and leave.
• Rotate between production and admin teams.
• Assist in planning and system development tailored to Malaysian regulations.
• Oversee 7-10 operators and 1-2 admin assistants.
• Manage scheduling, delegation, staff development, training, and evaluation.
• Support hiring, reporting, attendance, and coordination with HQ.

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Factory machine operation experience preferred
• Administrative or team management experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proactive, hands-on, eager to learn
• Willing to attend short-term training in Taiwan (Expenses are covered)
