Location: Klang, SelangorResponsibilities:Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.Maintaining client records and also answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.Assist roadshow, event, fair and sampling booth.Supervise promoter, product training and briefing.Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.Demonstrating ,presenting product and establishing new business.Maintaining accurate records and reviewing sales performance.Working towards monthly or annual targets.Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.Will directly report to the superior.Requirements:Minimum education requirements is High school SPM, Diploma and above.Strong communication skills “including both verbal and written”.The ability to influence and negotiate with others.Commercial awareness and can meet sales goals.Territory management, prospecting skills & Fast learner and passion for sales.Self-confidence, Positive attitude , Independent, Willing to learn, Initiative and Punctual.Good in Presentation skills & Numerical skills.Good in client relationships ,motivation for sales and willing to travel and outstation.Proficiency in English ,BM and able to speak Mandarin (Because most Japanese restaurant's manager are Chinese except for Halal's Japanese Restaurant).Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and proficient in IT skills “MS Office, Email”Joined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM2,500 / mo.
