IT Infrastructure Manager (Global Financial Services)

• Lead and overseeday‑to‑day IT infrastructure and operations across a hybridon‑premise and cloud environment, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and available
• Manage and develop an IT infrastructure/operations team, providing technical guidance, prioritising work, and handling escalations when issues arise
• Take ownership of IT service delivery, including incident, change, and problem management, while driving continuous improvement in IT operations
• Oversee and work closely with internal teams on security tools and controls, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability remediation
• Support regulatory and audit requirements within a financial services environment, including documentation, evidence preparation, and control improvements
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budgets, ensuring service quality, cost control, and alignment with business needs

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience managing and leading an IT infrastructure or operations team
• Background in IT infrastructure and day‑to‑day technology operations, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment
• Strong exposure to hybrid infrastructure environments (on‑premise and cloud)
• Experience working with security tools, controls, and incident response in an operational setting
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams
• A structured, proactive approach to running IT operations and driving continuous improvement
