Transfer and set up burn-in oven
Perform oven/ chamber preventive maintenance and calibration.
Able to perform oven repair when downtime.
Perform burn-in board buy-off, certification, debug and repair.
Repair and board modifications including de-soldering and soldering the components.
Having experience with power module reliability testing and electronic test standards
Compile bench data for analysis and report writing
Coordinate calibration and repair of tools or instruments
Purchase electronic components and lab tools/ equipment/ instruments.
Responsible in board/ probe/ tools inventory tracking

Key Responsibilities:

Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
Ensure the product qualification readiness is meeting corporate schedule
Keep cost down by not over stocking parts and components.
Ensure the oven uptime is above 90%.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
