- Assist in day-to-day operation, particularly maintaining Talent Data information, managing/coordinating the PDR & Talent Activities and ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are executed as agreed.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
- Other clerical and administrative tasks assigned from time to time

- Need to be technically adept, strong attention to detail and perseverance to deliver results
- Be an adaptable team player with a strong service ethic.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, or relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR administration and HR procedures is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure or experience in Talent-related areas (e.g. Performance Management or Learning) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or other HRIS platforms will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
