- Accountable for major workplace related projects and provide collaborative leadership and support to project teams
- Transforming IT helpdesk involves enhancing its efficiency, responsiveness, and user satisfaction
- Translate user feedback to concrete actions for continuous improvement as to enhance services and processes.
- Spearhead excellent IT onboarding experience for new users
- Create and maintain an IT champion community for a train-the-trainer approach to enhance the dissemination of IT knowledge and skills across the operating entities (OEs).
- Coordinate with an IT service provider on SLA helpdesk performance and ensure SLA compliance, timely closure of actions
- Update the ticketing approach for easier user experience that involves streamlining processes, improving accessibility, and ensuring efficient resolution.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new workplace technologies.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
- Independent working ability and influencing key stakeholders, including external vendors
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in IT, IT Leadership, IT workplace technology, digital transformation or related field
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for process simplification
