- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strengthen client engagement and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Regularly review and discuss sales opportunities with management and partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deals and client information in internal systems.
- Manage assigned client accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales, product, marketing, solutions, and partner channels) to drive successful sales and marketing initiatives.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
