Position: Brand Manager (MYFutureJobs Client) Location: Miri Sarawak Salary Range: RM8,000-RM9,999 Job Responsibilities: 1. Branch Operations Management Oversee and manage all daily branch functions, including counter services, financing activities, and customer service delivery. Supervise branch staff in scheduling, disciplinary matters, performance evaluations, and training initiatives. Maintain smooth, efficient, and compliant operational workflows across all branch departments. 2. Sales & Marketing Drive the achievement of branch sales targets for products such as personal financing, account openings, deposits, and Takaful services. Develop, plan, and execute localized marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and business performance. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers and the local community to strengthen the bank's brand and market presence. 3. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure all branch operations adhere to internal policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and control daily financial transactions to mitigate risks of errors, fraud, or non-compliance. 4. Reporting & Documentation Compile, prepare, and submit timely and accurate branch performance reports to senior management. Maintain proper documentation standards and ensure secure handling, storage, and confidentiality of customer records and branch files. Qualifications Degree /Advance Diploma/Higher Graduate Diploma in related field 5 Years in Sales, Banking or any related field experiences, Preference will be given to those with managerial experience.
