- Manage and maintain electrical, PLC (Allen-Bradley), HMI, and SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues using root cause analysis
- Lead and support CAPEX projects from planning, installation, to commissioning
- Design and implement automation solutions, including converting manual processes to semi-automated systems
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and vendors for system integration and continuous improvement
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and food manufacturing regulations
- Develop technical documentation, reports, and provide training to team members
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize energy usage
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, or related Engineering field
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing (food and beverage manufacturing industry strong advantage)
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley or others), HMI, and SCADA systems
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems with proven troubleshooting skills
- Experience in CAPEX projects, process improvement, and automation/semi-automation initiatives is an advantage
- Good understanding of safety standards with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
