Prior experience in procurement is an advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, or procurement system operations
Able to communicate in Chinese, Malay, and basic English (both written and spoken)
Must possess own transportation (car/motor) and hold a valid driving/motor license

Tanggungjawab

Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing
Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
Manage and update purchasing records and inventory system
Able to source new items with higher quality and lower cost.
Control outlet overall food & beverage costing.
Submit monthly costing report within dateline provided.
Monthly audit on outlet inventory.
Communicate with outlet managers to keep update on stock issues.
Support the department manager in completing other procurement-related tasks
