- Support the Division CFO in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of MIS reports and Monthly Division Reports for the Industrial Division.
- Ensure that monthly Industrial Division and quarterly reports are submitted to Group Finance accurately and on schedule.
- Consolidate and review the monthly Financial Reports for Group BPC reporting related to the Industrial Division and its subdivisions, ensuring compliance with Group Policies and Authorities (GPA).
- Coordinate and consolidate the Industrial Division's Annual Budget Management Plan across all regions (Australia/Pacific Islands, New Zealand, China/Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore).
- Prepare the annual Strategy Blueprint Financial document for the Board Challenge, for CFO review.
- Annually coordinate regional consolidated financial statements and prepare the consolidated financial statements for the Industrial Division including managing audits and process reviews with the group's external auditors
- Collaborate with other regions to provide reports on key Division initiatives such as Return on Invested Capital and Return on Equity.
- Provide forward-looking insights to support divisional forecasting, including analysis of order books, work-in-progress backlog, and market data.
- Oversee reporting and compliance activities across all regions in coordination with Group Finance.
- Delegate tasks to Senior Executives, offering guidance and review to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certification being an advantage.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Reporting,
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
