- Act as the main point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries and issues.
- Lead quality investigations and root cause analysis for customer-reported issues, and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer quality concerns promptly.
- Conduct customer site visits to support quality improvement initiatives and to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and track customer quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to meet customer requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on customer quality expectations and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on customer quality performance to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer site visits.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
