Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales and/or Insurance (mandatory). Diploma or Degree qualification. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) to engage with Mandarin-speaking customers. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
