Job DescriptionRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative role (Fresh graduate may be considered).Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Attention to detail and ability to multitaskResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records (personal data, attendance, leave, etc)Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR reports.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff claim.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Coordinate training sessions and company events.Perform general administrative duties (Filing, data entry, documentation).Monitor office stationary and arrange purchases (e.g. A4 paper, pens, ink, battery).Benefits
