Assist in sales-related processes and ensure timely coordination with stakeholders.Onits & CventsSupport Onits submission (as applicable), manage supporting documentation, and coordinate with local and regional teams for approval and compliance.PO & Payment ProcessingHandle PO creation and follow-up through Ariba. Monitor payment status and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.Vendor & Customer SetupPrepare vendor/customer forms for Global Finance to create accounts in SAP.Ensure accuracy of information and follow through on setup completion.Reporting & TrackingMaintain trackers and logs (e.g. case tracking, funding activities), and support regular reporting requirements for assigned business units.Internal Coordination & Admin SupportSupport internal requests such as booking shipments, coordinating with 3PL/logistics teams, handling product/demo requests, and managing document flowRequired Knowledge and Experience:Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A), 0 years of experience required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
