System Engineer – L2

• Staff should have experience in server and storage Hardware design and deployment. Implementation skills starting from racking, cabling, start-up, OS installation, patching. This applies for any server brand and model. Troubleshooting skills for post setup.

• Knowledge in Software deployment and patch management procedures including server patching with virtualization

• Knowledge in RMM tools to manage customers servers & other IT infra

• Experienced in enterprise backup software implementation, starting from infra design, installation, and configuration.

• Experienced in virtualization platform like VMWare & HyperV & others

• Vendor management and project handling skills

• Methodical approach to problem solving and resolution.

• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.

• Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.

• The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.

• Must be effective in communication both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations.

• Related Technical Certification, with at least 3 years relevant experience

• Able to work under stress and irregular hours

• May require to be at customer site assignment (scheduled days of the week)

• Degree in IT or relevant field.

• Minimum three (3) years to five (5) years of IT experience, with three (3) years of server, storage &backup infrastructure deployment, troubleshooting or administration experience.

• Equipped with Microsoft/AWS Cloud Certification

• Experienced infrastructure project implementation & troubleshooting

• Linux skills and certification is advantageous
