1. JOB PURPOSE To design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences across platforms. 2. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Design and develop new modules and features for mobile applications on Android and/or iOS platforms, ensuring high performance and user experience. Integrate mobile applications with external APIs and data sources, ensuring secure and efficient communication between services Troubleshoot functional and performance issues, resolve bugs, and continuously enhance the performance, stability, and responsiveness of mobile apps. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Uphold best practices in version control, testing, and continuous integration to maintain high code quality and reliability Stay informed on the latest mobile development trends, technologies, tools, and frameworks, applying relevant updates to improve product quality and development practice. Manage the deployment process and application lifecycle on platforms such as the Google Play Store (and/or Apple App Store), including updates, version control, and compliance with platform requirements. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and support to junior developers to foster team growth and uphold development standards. Undertakes any other tasks that immediate supervisor/Management may assign from time to time. 3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES Bachelor&aposs Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as Mobile Developer or a similar role. Proficient in native (Kotlin, Java for Android; Swift, Objective-C for iOS) and/or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native) Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON/XML data, and third-party libraries or SDKs. Strong understanding of responsive design principles, mobile UI/UX best practices, and ability to translate design mockups into functional interfaces. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to present and explain design ideas clearly. Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
