Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Sales General Manager to lead tire sales growth across Malaysia. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Malaysia's tire wholesale and retail channels. Market Intelligence: Analyze tire market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities. Client & Market Development: Expand and manage the client base by building strong, long-term customer relationships. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics, finance, marketing, and product management to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against financial targets and provide regular forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the tire industry in Malaysia Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record working with top-tier tire brands (manufacturers or distributors) Verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Benefits Medical Insurance 13th Month Salary Festive Bonus Weekday Lunch Provided Car Allowance for Sales Employees
