- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and maintain high morale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the retail industry.
