Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably in Third Party Administration (TPA) / Insurance Industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team lead. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Passion and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibility Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, office visits and other means. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and grow existing accounts. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for tender or potential customer. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products / services. Provide regular feedback and insights to help refine our sales and marketing efforts.
