Job Description RTM Station To assist RTM supervisor coaching and training to staff/drivers All parcels are routed accordingly to drivers/riders To assist Supervisor in daily tasks Parcel routing and Route Inbound are done according to SOP daily All parcels are accounted for. Ensuring all parcels are scanned daily. To ensure no parcels are left unattended after push out Assist Supervisor in 5S implementation RTM HQ To assist Admin make daily checking attendance and route drivers/ riders. To assist CSM in verifying driver's POD validity daily. To assist CSM in handling RDO. Collect documents for RTM Department at Warehouse. Other additional tasks as instructed. Requirements Diploma/ Degree in logistics field related to logistics. 3 - 6 months of internship. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; strong team player. An independent performer, he/she must be motivated and resilient, with an ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver even under pressure. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Highly proficient in MS Office or Google Docs platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
