The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring new drivers are effectively integrated into our system and providing them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.   • Application Review: Assess driver applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Background Checks: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Support and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for new drivers during the onboarding process and address queries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.

What you'll need
  • Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work on weekend schedule
