- Develop and lead the commercial strategy for the division in alignment with broader organizational growth objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams across markets, services, and strategic collaborations.
- Drive market expansion and strengthen the division’s commercial positioning in regional markets.
- Take full ownership of the division’s revenue performance and commercial targets.
- Build and maintain a strong and sustainable revenue pipeline across enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Design scalable commercial models and frameworks to support long-term growth.
- Lead high-level enterprise sales engagements and complex commercial negotiations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government stakeholders, and strategic industry partners.
- Establish long-term commercial alliances that expand market reach and business opportunities.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization covering sales, partnerships, and market development.
- Implement strong commercial management practices including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Mentor and develop leadership capability within the commercial team.
- Collaborate closely with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure commercial commitments align with operational capabilities.
- Ensure growth initiatives remain aligned with delivery capacity and profitability objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Convert market insights into actionable strategies that strengthen competitive positioning and market leadership.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, including at least 8 years in senior executive positions.
- Proven success in driving significant revenue growth in complex or high-growth business environments.
- Strong background in managing enterprise sales engagements and strategic partnerships.
- Experience within mobility, automotive, transportation, logistics, technology platforms, or related ecosystems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to balance aggressive growth ambitions with disciplined commercial execution.
