- Responsible for product development activities in projects
- Play a key role as a team member under the leadership and guidance of the project manager
- Identify and propose product development opportunities, and enable decision-making by providing technical input
- Serve as the technical lead and go-to person for product development questions
- Own technical risks within the product development cycle
- Define, identify, and mitigate risks, and execute predefined preventive measures
- Act as the technical interface to other departments and stakeholders
- Lead FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities
- Be part of the D project team and serve as an expert go-to person for all other functions related to product development within the project team
- Hold a university or university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Power Electronics, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or a comparable field
- Have at least 5 years of experience in product development (product, system, frontend, backend, or package technologies)
- Have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar industry, with a focus on research and development projects/programs
- Possess fluent English skills (certification is a strong advantage)
