
Senior Territory Sales Engineer (Penang)

- Implement Business Unit (BU) Global Strategy within assigned territory
- Create and manage sales opportunities in the defined geographical area
- Acquire new customers and drive market penetration
- Update, train, and educate customers and distributors regularly
- Identify new opportunities and build CRM pipeline (ACE Project)
- Drive and monitor distributor sales performance
- Develop sales demand forecasts based on distributor and customer needs
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and provide feedback
- Coordinate and escalate issues or opportunities to relevant internal teams
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in General Manufacturing sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital business platforms
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive
- Willing to challenge the status quo and drive change
