Bhd. is currently seeking applicants for a Staff Engineer Process.Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, MalaysiaThis position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state.What you will be doing:

To lead a team of engineers and technicians in process optimization, simplification, and improvement.
Establish Design of Experiment (DOE) for process improvement projects.
Evaluate, study raw materials for the purpose of cost saving, shorten process lead-time and increase productivity & quality.
Perform root cause analysis study for improvement and process sustainability.
Perform line audit to detect line discrepancy.

What you will bring along:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical / Electronic engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IC/semiconductor environment.
SPC, QCC 7 tools, DOE and problem solving skills.
Material, Process and Specification writing Knowledge.
Experience in process engineering and project management is an added advantage.
