In addition to participating in the review of engineering designs, we assist customers or engineers in gathering and analyzing data.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Quality on our Quality Engineering Team in Bayan LepasKey ResponsibilitiesDirect responsibility for customer impacting product quality issues in APJ coming from Sales, Technical Support Teams or ExecutivesComplete analysis of customer data and presentation to submittersWork closely with the Engineering teams to resolve problems that are possible product defectsWork closely with functional groups including but not limited to Development Engineers, Services Engineering and Parts Planners within Dell to solution customer issuesCommunicate directly with external customers to present our findings and propose/scope an appropriate remediation plan (if applicable), then finally hand over fully planned projects to the Dell Services Global Customer Field Action team for execution (if applicable).Proficient with Excel/Power BI and PowerPointEssential Requirements12+ years IT/Technology industry experienceExperience with Executive escalations and customer interactions up to executive levelExperience in developing and improving standards around which others will operateUnderstanding of six sigma and BPI processes and tools as well as statistics and forecasting methodologiesFluent in English .Understanding of core engineering, manufacturing (for hardware) and procurement processesDesirable RequirementsPeople management experienceKnowledge of the services organization.
