- Leads the regional execution and adoption of global Total Rewards products, ensuring consistent application while addressing regional regulatory, market, and business requirements
- Partners closely with HR leaders and HR Business Partners to translate global Total Rewards strategy and programs into effective regional execution plans
- Leads regional readiness, training, issue resolution, and roll‑up reporting for global programs, including the Annual compensation Review (ACR) cycle and Management Incentive Plan (MIP), in alignment with centrally designed processes and governance
- Advises and influences regional senior leaders on Total Rewards programs, trade‑offs, and implications within the global framework
- Implements and communicates the global benefits strategy within the region, partnering with the global benefits team and regional stakeholders to ensure compliance, cost optimization, and market competitiveness
- Provides structured regional feedback, market insights, and implementation learnings to the Total Rewards leadership team to support continuous improvement of global Total Rewards products
- Serves as the APJ Total Rewards lead for regional business change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, workforce harmonisation, and organisational redesign or restructuring
- Holds primary accountability for the design, governance, and execution of regional commercial incentive programs, ensuring plans are aligned to regional business priorities, performance objectives, and market practices
- Develops and executes region‑specific Total Rewards approaches to support business transformation, growth, or cost actions, within global governance and policy frameworks
- Advises regional HR and business leaders on the Total Rewards implications of organisational change, restructuring, and workforce planning decisions
- Leads the evaluation and re‑evaluation of new and existing roles in support of regional transformation initiatives, applying the global job evaluation methodology consistently
- Identifies and utilises appropriate market data and benchmarking sources to support regional decision‑making, ensuring roles are competitively and appropriately positioned
- Leads, coaches, and develops regional Total Rewards resources, fostering strong partnership with HRBPs and consistent application of Total Rewards practices across the region
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing Total Rewards initiatives in a complex, multi‑country environment
- Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution with strong attention to detail and governance
- Experience coaching, developing, and leading people, including through matrixed and dotted‑line structures
- Strong analytical capability, with experience leveraging market data and insights to inform decision‑making
- Ability to lead complex, multi‑country change initiatives in partnership with regional HR and business leaders
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels of the organisation
