Role: Partnerships Support Coordinator (Part time- 8 months contract) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Job type: FTC (Hybrid) Note-This is a part-time contracted role (5 hours per day). This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week. The Partnerships Support Coordinator plays a meaningful role in that mission by helping ensure the smooth financial operations that support our global partner ecosystem. In this part-time role, you'll contribute to the systems and processes that keep our partnerships running effectively, from supporting agent payments to maintaining accurate financial updates that enable recruitment partners, and students to move forward confidently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organised, detailfocused work and wants to gain hands-on experience within an international education environment. You'll collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions, learn how global education operations work behind the scenes, and help ensure that our partners receive timely, accurate support. Role responsibilities: The Partnerships Support Coordinator will provide daily operational and administrative support to the Partnerships & Revenue team, ensuring smooth coordination across financial tracking, agent communication, and internal process updates. This role is designed to assist the Partnerships & Revenue Specialist and Partnerships & Revenue Manager during periods of peak workload and team coverage needs. Prepare and issue agent statements to global B2B partners on scheduled cycles or as instructed. Assist in submission of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) accurately and in a timely manner. Update financial statuses in APPIAN as required or when guided by the team. Support maintenance and updates of internal trackers, lists, and records related to enrolments, agent payments, and commercial processes. Manage the QSA Agent Hub account- - Responding to partner inquiries -Directing queries to the correct internal stakeholders -Following up on agent payment matters or outstanding requirements Assist the Partnerships & Revenue Specialist with administrative and coordination tasks related to invoicing, data tracking, and partner management. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (admissions, enrolment, finance) to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flow. Help maintain an organised, updated, and efficient system for internal documentation and reporting. Key skills and experience: Experience in administrative support, data processing, or finance operations sector roles is an advantage. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online platforms, and basic data entry. Ability to navigate or learn systems such as APPIAN , Netsuite, CRM portals, or invoicing tools. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Good communication skills in spoken and written English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes. Collaborative and able to work with global teams across different functions. General Attributes Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance. Fast learner who is comfortable with routine tasks and structured workflows.
