Job Descriptions: Responsible for the overall operations of the Food Courts (Paradigm Mall PJ, Gateway@KLIA2 & Paradigm Mall JB), including maintaining standards for food pricing, quality, service, cleanliness, and facilities maintenance. Responsible for tenant recruitment and manage relationships with stall operators, including handling tenant issues and ensuring compliance with Food Court policies. Ensure the Food Court's social media pages remain active and updated with relevant promotions, announcements, and activities. Monitor sales performance and operational costs, implement initiatives to improve overall food court revenue and profitability. Control and monitor staff, cleaning workers, and stall workers' manpower planning to ensure manpower is properly allocated and fully utilized in an effective manner for front-of-house, back-of-house, and internal operations, in accordance with the food court rules and regulations. Ensure financial management system security. eg:- Tenant's Sales key into the POS system correctly and bank into Company. To carry out any other duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company. Job Requirements: Possess a Diploma or equivalent professional certification in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of current Food & Beverage industry trends, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. At least 5 years of progressive experience within the F&B sector. Highly proficient in Food Court operations, including stall management, vendor relations, and multi-unit oversight. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good communication skills, strong responsibility, leasing and tenant management experience, and knowledge of F&B hygiene and customer service standards. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage. Position is based in Paradigm Mall PJ . Your Benefits!
